Standard Reports

As part of PhaRmLogs standard reports, administrators can view daily count and actions for every location and user.
Our new location log reports all in and out activity with a running total for vials and quantities. This report is essential for auditing for providing drilled down information for a vault, apparatus, drug and personnel.
All reports are stored for at least 3 years and can be accessed any time from the reports menu. Reconciliation reports show sequential counts and actions by users that change the counts.

Custom Reports

Sometimes administrators need other types of reports for custom forms and different views of data collected in PhaRmLogs. As a customer, we build your custom reports as part of our standard services.
